What we process and why

When you contact us by email or phone: your name, contact details and the content of your message, so that we can answer you and, where relevant, prepare a collaboration (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep this data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

When you visit the site: our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept for a short period only.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the service providers we need to run the site and our email (hosting, email forwarding), acting on our instructions. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for data portability, by writing to hello@hellefia.com. We answer within one month.
